Our story meets yours.

Every story deserves to be fully told and truly heard. Your story is unique, and the approach should be, too. We see the whole person in front of us and help you write what’s next.

A practice built on understanding.

Trinity Counseling & Consulting exists to help you on the path you’re already on. No two people are the same, and neither are their stories, so the relationship comes first, and the right approach follows.

Founded in 2016 by Caroline von Helms, Trinity grew out of her belief that counseling works best when it starts with understanding a person, not diagnosing a problem. Caroline has been walking alongside individuals, couples, and families since 2000, and that same care now shapes everything our team does.

Prayer in Motion by Jennifer Tucker

Care that meets you where you are.

There’s more to you than the struggle you came in with, and we care about all of it. That’s where faith comes in for us, too. Our team is trained in Christian thought and practice, and for many of the people we work with, having a shared foundation and space to bring their faith into the process makes all the difference.

Faith isn’t a requirement here, though. Whoever you are, whatever you believe, you’re welcome at Trinity. Every person who walks through our doors is met with the same respect, care, and attention to the whole person.

The people who show up for you.

Every therapist on our team provides care rooted in wisdom and hope, brought to life through their own lived experience, so you can find someone to help you move toward what comes next.
